Stallion Shop is the PTSA School Store where students may purchase loose school supplies, required reading books, PTSA spirit-wear and snacks from 11:30 am to 1:45 pm every day. Pencils, pens, spiral notebooks, poster board, highlighters, colored pencils, markers and required reading books are just a sampling of the items that are available for purchase from the Stallion Shop.

The Stallion Shop needs two to three volunteers daily. Contact Lori Baum and put Shepton or Stallion Shop on the subject line.

“Create” History

Love Scrapbooking? Want to Learn? Make Shepton PTSA History! This year our PTSA adds a new officer on its board: Historian. The purpose of having a historian is to capture the PTSA’s activities for the year in a scrapbook. We’re putting together a creative committee to help make the scrapbook a reality. So we’re looking for people who enjoy scrapbooking and those who want to learn it so they can do something with all those scrapbook supplies they have collecting dust. Contact Donna Hayward .

Attendance Office. You will be assisting with clerical duties, providing relief for lunch and directing visitors. Shifts are 11 am-1 pm Monday-Friday throughout the school year. Please contact Tami Stewart, to schedule weekly, bi-monthly or monthly dates.

Copy Room help is needed Monday-Friday throughout the school year. Start time will be at 9 or 9:30 am for about two hours depending on the copy needs that day. Please contact Linda Rosen to schedule weekly, bi-monthly or monthly dates.

Hospitality Committee

Shepton parents, are you in the mood to throw some parties this coming year?

Hospitality “helpers” put together several nice luncheons for the teachers and staff as school begins, at semester break and at the end of the year. We pick a theme, select food, a caterer--and then oversee the event. Let’s make some fun for the Shepton Staff! There’s a place for you here and it’s a rewarding one.

Contact Kenda Draper.
